Kava is a natural product and it is known for centuries to promote a better sleep without the side effects of sleeping pills. Ease your mind and cope better with mood swings, become more at ease, helps to stay calm while under stress.
kava   How to enjoy kava?
Kava beverage is made from kava powder and fresh, cold water by mixing the kava powder thoroughly with the water. Pour two or three rounded tablespoon kava powder into one litre fresh cold water and stir it well. A blender at medium speed does a good job. Strain the mixture through a cheese cloth and and wring the cheesecloth. Drink the kava brew and relax. The traditional kava bowl, the tanoa, is carved from one single piece of wood.
kava   Shelf Life.
Our kava products have been carefully dried before they are sold. Dried products need to be kept away from moisture and humidity. Kava has a shelf life of two years if kept dry. We recommend to use kava as long as it is fresh and not to stock too much of it. Insects could spoil the kava and the taste may suffer if kept too long.	Two         Years         Shelf life

One important message should be mentioned here: Keep kava away from plastic containers! Kava reacts with plastic and would be spoiled. We pack kava in simple paper bags and then in plastic to retain its quality.

kava   Phytosanitary Certificate
A Phytosanitary Certificate is sent with each kava consignment. such a certificate is required for all exports and imports of material of plant or animal origin. It is issued by the Quarantine Department of the Ministry of Agriculture upon inspection of the kava by a Quarantine Inspector. The certificate confirms that the kava was inspected and found free of pests and deseases.
